For those who want to join this fellowship of believers, this is our process.
Steps Toward Membership
#1 - Confession of Christian Faith
The ancient Apostles' Creed is our standard of Christian Belief.
#2 - Baptism
The Bible presents baptism as the first act of any new Christian.
Servant's Heart Fellowship (SHF) recognizes previous Christian baptisms.
#3 - Commitment to Servant's Heart Fellowship
Prospective SHF members will commit to make SHF their church home.
#4 – Membership Class
SHF elders will offer a membership class at least once per year.
#5 – Meeting with Elders
Prospective SHF members must meet with the elders to confirm a personal Christian faith.
#6 – Commitment to Maintain Peace
SHF members will commit to tolerance about debatable issues while holding to all core doctrines of the Christian faith.
#7 – Commitment to Leave SHF Peacefully
Should someone decide to move to another church, we ask that they move on peacefully.
